Inquiry Submission
Start by filling out the inquiry form to provide details about your trip and pay the research fee.
Initial Contact
Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out to confirm key details about your travel plans. Please note that I will start a quote until the research fee is paid.
Quote Delivery
After receiving your payment, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your quotes via email.
You’ll receive 1-3 different quotes for your desired destination(s).
Revisions
If adjustments are needed, I offer revisions for up to 10 business days after the quotes are delivered.
Approval and Deposit
Once you approve the quote, you’ll make a deposit to secure your booking.
If your trip is far away, you’ll have until 45 days before your travel date to pay off the balance or pay in full.
Travel Documents
Your travel documents will be sent 21 -30 days before your trip.
